Sort the salmon



One can of salmon. Remove skin, bones, muddy colored meat, anything else you don't want to put in your mouth. Some people LOVE the bones, they can have mine. The dogs get everything that I don't like, it doesn't go to waste.

 


Chop veggies



Chop onion and celery to taste. Add a bit of salt. Two eggs. Mix well. Some people like dill. It is easy to overpower salmon with dill...

 



Form balls



Form balls and coat with white corn meal. A portioner makes size control easy.

 




Deep fry at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.



Serve



Garnish with lemon or lime slices. Serve with tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, catsup, hot sauce, chili sauce...
